At The Goodsyard, we offer a deposit-free option with flatfair, making moving in easier and more affordable. Instead of a traditional deposit, pay a one-time fee, equivalent to one week’s rent. Less upfront cost, more financial flexibility – renting made simple.

Lower upfront move-in costs of just one weeks’ rent (+VAT)
Split this fee evenly between the household (but you won’t get it back at the end of the tenancy)
Fast and easy check-out; you simply pay for what you are responsible for
No recurring fees if you decide to renew your tenancy and stay in your home
If you disagree with any charges, you can use flatfair’s platform to negotiate charges
